We’re building a local, organic, and regenerative food system for Ibiza and beyond.
It started in 2018 with a family farm in San Mateu and a simple idea: grow enough food to feed the neighbours. Eight years later, Juntos is a farm, a restaurant and a deli. Three locations, one living system.
We grow proper food. Vegetables pulled from living soil and cooked the same day. Bread made with grain we know the story of. Honey, eggs, herbs, fruits and veggies sourced from Ibiza and produced with care.
What the farm grows, the restaurant and deli cook. What they need, the farm plans for. And because one farm can't feed an island, we work with a network of growers across Ibiza and the Balearics who farm the way we do. We're building the kind of local food network that makes our island more resilient and puts control of what we eat back in the hands of the community.
We farm regeneratively because the soil we leave behind matters as much as the food we pull from it. We're not claiming to have it all figured out. Regeneration is a practice, not a state. But good food should be everyday, not occasional, and an island like this can feed itself a lot better than it currently does. That's our work.

Our Journey Through the Years
2018
It begins when Christian and Sophie purchase a family farm in San Mateu, with a simple intention: to grow enough food to feed their family and neighbours.
2021
A desire to share the farm's produce with more people leads to the opening of Juntos House, a farm-to-table restaurant in the village of San Mateu.
2022
Christian meets Finn, and together they dream up a vision for a bioregional food hub. La Vaqueria, a 20-hectare former dairy farm at the centre of Ibiza, becomes its home.
2023
With more food growing at the farm than can be processed alone, The House of Harvest opens on site: a community food hub bringing distribution, transformation kitchens, a farm shop, and a tasting room together under one roof.
2026
Juntos Deli opens in Santa Gertrudis, bringing Juntos food into everyday life. Juntos Farm, Juntos House, and Juntos Deli come together under a single brand: Juntos Ibiza.
